United StatesWe have enjoyed the excellent Alderwood smoked salmon from Pure Food Fish Market for over 30 years. Recently we sampled some Dungeness crab cakes from Pure Food and they were great. Just cook with a little oil in the fry pan and when golden brown on each side, dig in. Wow! Delicious! We will order more very soon. Thanks to Sol Amon and team for hitting it out of the park!
United StatesWe've been crabcake lovers for many years, but these are simply the best ever. Bar none. Twice in a row, our crabcakes arrived sealed, but unfrozen. The ice in which they were packed remained solid as a rock so we made the assumption that the crabcakes were shipped unfrozen. When we phoned the Pure Food Fish Market, we were assured that the crabcakes could safely be frozen which is what we did. Now, we just remove a few at a time when we're ready to heat them. Far better than any crabcake we've ever tasted. And since these are prepared with Dungeness crab, they outperform the Eastern lump crab by a country mile.
