These golden-white delicacies are plump, moist, smoky and sweet! They come fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package, or try them seared in olive oil for just 10 seconds on each side for a added burst of delicious flavor.
Each one pound serves 10-12 people.

Our fresh Jumbo Scallops are delicious and are worth buying bulk! If you can't eat the entire order within the first two days your product arrives, freeze it! To do so, seal the scallops in a moisture-resistant wrap or freezer bag. If you can, use a vacuum sealer or high-quality moisture-resistant wrap. Double-wrap them. Remember to label and date the freezer wrapping and place the scallops in a freezer set to 0 degrees F or below. These will store for up to two months.

    Addicted!

    On a recent visit to Seattle, my friend and I stopped in to browse some of the most wonderful looking seafood I've ever laid my eyes on. After being offered a sample of the smoked scallops I greedily inhaled it and then proceeded to buy a bunch more for our trip back to Portland. Now, two weeks later sitting in a winter wonderland in my hometown of Syracuse, New York, I'm planning out my online order and shipping for Christmas Eve dinner! These little nuggets of joy are my new best friend and I have a feeling I'm going to start getting my seafood from this place for a long time.

    I just saw this reci

    I just saw this recipe on your FB site. I always had a hard time evenly cooking bacon wrapped scallops, so this is an easier solution. Bacon on top! I'm hungry now Bacon and butter are 2 wonderful things
