I have been working in the fish business since I was thirteen years old. I enjoy coming to work every day it keeps me going and keeps me young. I am happily married! I have two daughters, one son in law and five grandchildren. Pure Food Fish has been in our family four generations and still going strong!

I am a Vietnam Veteran. I came to work for Pure Food Fish in 1970. I work 104 hours a week to make sure that everything from top to bottom is just right.

Favorite Recipe: My favorite is pretty simple! It’s our fabulous jumbo cooked P&D shrimp on top of pasta mixed with homemade garlic butter.
I attended Suny University in Delhi, New York. I was involved with the United States Coast Guard Pacific Northwest Duties from 1972 to 1976. I really enjoy cooking, being outdoors and sailing.

I moved from Texas to Seattle in 2004. I started working at Pure Food Fish in 2005. I moved to Montana in 2007, Austin in 2008 and then came back to Pure Food Fish in 2009. I love working at the market! It's exciting to see all the different types of people who come from all over the world.

I am from Fall City, Washington. My favorite times at Pure Food Fish Market are when I see customers I’ve helped on the floor come back for more!
Specialties: I do the leg work so that my master fish mongers can operate efficiently.
Favorite Recipe: Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Scallops: Wrap large scallops in prosciutto with sugar, pepper and maple, along with any other seasonings inside. Wrap in tin foil and place on the grill. Timing depends on size of scallops.

Favorite Recipe: These ingredients go great in any preparation of white fish: white wine, butter, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon.
My favorite moment is when I met my life long role model Danny Bonaduce. I am from Vashon Island, Washington.
