I have two daughters, one son in law and five grandchildren. Pure Food Fish has been in our family four generations and still going strong!

    I am from Fall City, Washington.  My favorite times at Pure Food Fish Market are when I see customers I’ve helped on the floor come back for more!

    Specialties: I do the leg work so that my master fish mongers can operate efficiently.

    Favorite Recipe: Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Scallops: Wrap large scallops in prosciutto with sugar, pepper and maple, along with any other seasonings inside. Wrap in tin foil and place on the grill. Timing depends on size of scallops.

    Favorite Recipe: These ingredients go great in any preparation of white fish: white wine, butter, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon.
