Guaranteed fresh delivery to your doorstep

 

To ensure our seafood products remain fresh and ready for you to enjoy, we use FedEx overnight shipping, and also pack everything to last up to 48 hours.

 

All fresh fish and smoked salmon orders received Monday through Friday by 4:00 P.M. PST are shipped that day by FedEx Next Day Air. All orders received after that time will be shipped the next day except for Friday. Any items that are not perishable will be sent FedEx 2 Day.

 

AirShipping charges are calculated according to the following:

  • The cost of shipping and handling is already included in All Salmon, Smoked Salmon, Specials and Gift Box orders. There is no minimum shipping fee if you order only these items.
  • If you order an item that includes the cost of shipping in addition to an item that does not include the cost of shipping, you will have to pay the cost of shipping, even if these products arrive in the same shipment box.
  • Minimum shipping and handling fees are $45.00 and cover the first 10 pounds. Each additional pound over 10 adds $3.00.
  • Any order shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii will cost an additional $20.00.


When your order is placed after 4:00 P.M. PST on a Thursday, you can specify a Saturday delivery with FedEx at an additional cost of $20.00 by specifying this in the special instructions section on the check out page. This amount will be charged to your credit card separately. Otherwise the order will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

For discounts on large quantities or orders over 50 pounds, call us at the numbers below for special considerations.

We will gladly put a gift card in any gift box. Please tell us what you want to say in the special instructions section at the bottom of the check out page.

 

Refunds & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 14 days from when you received your order to notify us for refund or reship. If the order in question was placed during the month of December, notice of refund must be received by January 3.
