Prawns Piccata

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp. of butter
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ¼ cup pepper
  • 1 ½ lbs. of prawns
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Chopped Dill
  • Capers
  • Green Onions

Cooking Directions

  1. Step 1: Saute together 1 ½ tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ¼ cup white wine, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Step 2: Add 1 ½ lbs of prawns and turning once, cook for two minutes over medium on low heat.
  3. Step 3: Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, juice of one lemon and chopped dill, cappers or green onions to taste.
  4. Step 4: Toss with your favorite freshly cooked pasta.
  5. Step 5: Serve Immediately.
