Shigoku oysters are a premium Pacific Northwest delicacy known for their exceptional flavor and smooth, buttery texture. Grown in the pristine waters of Willapa Bay, these oysters are cultivated with meticulous care to ensure the highest quality. The name "Shigoku" translates to "ultimate" in Japanese, and these oysters live up to their name. With their uniquely deep, cup-like shells and crisp, briny taste balanced by a sweet, melon-like finish they are ideal for raw consumption.

  • Since our seafood is freshly sourced, natural variations in size, color, and texture will occur.

Getting your fresh seafood from Pure Food Fish Market is easy! Upon completion of your order, shipments are sent overnight priority delivery via Federal Express. Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays. All priority overnight shipments are delivered by 5:00 pm.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Currently we are able to ship only to continental US addresses.
