Serving Size: 3/4 to 1 pound per person
** When ordering whole salmon please keep in mind that you will not get 11-12 pounds of meat. The recovery of a whole fish is 75%**
*Fish is shipped in sides, if you would like your fish to be portioned out, you will need to request that on your order form.
