Open Flame Grilling Preparation
Step 1: Thaw on countertop 45 minutes prior to cooking for best results
Step 2: On an open flamed grill (preferred method) Spray non stick cooking spray on salmon burger and grill plates.
Step 3: Place burger on grill plates and cook each side for approximately 2 minutes or until internal cooking temperature is 145 degrees.
Frying Pan Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat frying pan to medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2: Place burger in pan and cook for 2 minutes each side or until desired level of doneness.
