Not made from pacific salmon

The lox were fine, but i called in to ask the type of Salmon used, and was assured it was pacific King. Not the case. Just average Atlantic Lox.

Excellent Lox

This is the best quality lox that can be found. Pre-sliced and completely sealed makes for wonderful lox. This is the best that is available. Great for a gathering of people especially those gathering for a “ bagel and lox brunch”.
