Crab Bao Bun Appetizer
- 1 C Dungeness crab meat
- 1 T green onions
- 1 T spicy pepper (thai chili, habenaro, jalepeno)
- 2 T siracha mayo
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 4 boa buns
- Garnish – cilantro
- Combine all ingredients in bowl, excluding the Bao Buns and cilanto garnish.
- Steam Boa Buns for 20 minutes on the stovetop. Stuff with crab meat and garnish with cilantro.
