Crab Bao Bun Appetizer

  • 1 C Dungeness crab meat
  • 1 T green onions
  • 1 T spicy pepper (thai chili, habenaro, jalepeno)
  • 2 T siracha mayo
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 4 boa buns
  • Garnish – cilantro


  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, excluding the Bao Buns and cilanto garnish.
  2. Steam Boa Buns for 20 minutes on the stovetop. Stuff with crab meat and garnish with cilantro.
