The folks that work there know what they are doing, care about my orders and many have been there longer than I have been a customer, which is quite a while. I love the belly strip because it provides enough belly fat oils to keep it moist and delicious. It is easy to strip away the skin, and the little brown flesh layer (which is a little bitter) and makes for some of the most amazing appetizers for my family. Keeps us satisfied time after time. Keep up the great service!
