Fresh Halibut with Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6oz Halibut fillets, skinless
  • Herbs: 1/8 tsp garlic salt, ¼ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • ½ C olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix together herbs.
  2. Marinade fish with herbs and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from fridge, and place on a plate with paper towels underneath.
  4. Heat neutral oil in a pan
  5. Pan fry 3-4 minutes on each side, finish in oven for 4-5 minutes.
