Fresh Halibut with Herb Marinade

Ingredients
- 4 - 6oz Halibut fillets, skinless
- Herbs: 1/8 tsp garlic salt, ¼ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- ½ C olive oil
Directions
- Mix together herbs.
- Marinade fish with herbs and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Remove from fridge, and place on a plate with paper towels underneath.
- Heat neutral oil in a pan
- Pan fry 3-4 minutes on each side, finish in oven for 4-5 minutes.
