  • 2 oz. Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1lb. Fresh King Salmon
  • 1lb. Fresh Alaskan Halibut
  • 1lb. Fresh Cleaned Squid
  • 1 lb Fresh Oysters
  • 1 lbs Fresh Manila Steam Clams
  • 1 lb Fresh Local Large Mussels
  • 24oz vegetable stock
  • 5 cups of cooked herb rice

Cooking Directions

  1. Step 1: Sautee King Salmon and Alaskan Halibut with olive oil and garlic
  2. Step 2: Add Vegetable Stock
  3. Step 3: Boil Oysters, Clams and Mussels for five minutes or until their shells open
  4. Step 4: Place Rice into deep bowl and serve seafood all over rice.
