Smoked Salmon Sliders

Ingredients
- ½ lb Alderwood Smoked Salmon
- Pickled Red Onions
- Slider buns--toasted
- Avocado
- Argula
Garlic-Dill Aioli Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp dill - minced
Garlic-Dill Aioli Directions
- Mash garlic into a paste with a mortar and pestal. Whisk in egg yolk, mustard, and lemon juice until it's smooth. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking to emulsify. Season with salt, pepper, and add dill.
Pickled Red Onion Garnish Ingredients
- ½ C red onions-sliced
- 1 clove garlic--sliced
- ½ C white vinegar
- 2 T white sugar
- 1 T salt
- Peppercorns
Pickled Red Onion Garnish Directions
- Heat a saucepan. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn off the stove and pour over onions and garlic in a bowl. Let sit 15-20 minutes until cool.
