PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Our cold smoked salmon lox allows you to slice it exactly how you want. Same premium quality as our pre-sliced version, but you get to decide the thickness for bagels, appetizers, or whatever you're making.
Cured carefully, then cold-smoke for that perfect balance of smokiness and the fish's natural sweetness. The result? Tender, moist lox with a rich flavor that's hard to beat. Since it's a whole piece, it stays fresher longer than pre-sliced options. Perfect for people who like thick cuts for entertaining or paper-thin slices for Sunday brunch. You can portion it out over multiple meals or slice the whole thing at once for a big gathering. Either way, you're getting restaurant-quality cold-smoked salmon lox that tastes like it came straight from the smokehouse.
Get your hands on this premium lox and slice it your way. Order online today from Pure Food Fish Market.
- Product is sold in 1 lb. portions

the best salmon there is
The cold smoke chunk salmon and the hot alder smoked are better than any other salmon from anywhere else. They goofed up my order, but they made it right when I called them without any fuss. Satisfaction every time!
Excellent
Excellent. It arrived on time via FedEx and is delicious.
Best lox ever
The lox was perfect. Everyone who tasted it raved. I've ordered it before for special occasions and will do so again.
A Prized Gift!
I fixed all the trimmings and took your cold smoked salmon to the hospital where my daughter and son-in-law were welcoming my new granddaughter. She was in heaven eating one of her favorite foods instead of hospital food! (The nurses were a tad jealous!)
