Paddlefish is a mild flavor caviar with beautifully colored grey jewel like beads. Found in the Yellowstone River and Mississippi River, paddlefish caviar makes for beautiful presentation.

Getting your fresh seafood from Pure Food Fish Market is easy! Upon completion of your order, shipments are sent overnight priority delivery via Federal Express. Federal Express does not deliver on Sundays. All priority overnight shipments are delivered by 5:00 pm.
