Crab Rolls

INGREDIENTS

2 C dungeness crab
2 T mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
3 green onions- sliced thin
season with salt and pepper
brioche rolls
Garnish- 1 green onion sliced thin

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together.  Taste and adjust with lemon or hot sauce if needed. Add to brioche bun of choice and garnish with chives.
