Tasty, but

The crab cakes were okay, but no lump crab meat, just claw meat. The binder just wasn’t up to expectations either.

Delicious Crab Cakes

We have enjoyed the excellent Alderwood smoked salmon from Pure Food Fish Market for over 30 years. Recently we sampled some Dungeness crab cakes from Pure Food and they were great. Just cook with a little oil in the fry pan and when golden brown on each side, dig in. Wow! Delicious! We will order more very soon. Thanks to Sol Amon and team for hitting it out of the park!
