I love this fish! The best Nova Lox-style I've eaten in years. Other local sellers are gone leaving a salmon desert. I hope I don't loose you guys.
This smoked salmon (chef Dominique’s) is worthy of being served at the finest Manhattan delicatessens, my gold standard. Serve with confidence, eat with sublime satisfaction. Mmmmm. Makes me want some now. See ya!
Easy already sliced no issue to use
The salmon is phenomenal. Never had better. I will be ordering more soon as I always do.
Excellent, not too salty, rich tasting, served with capers, cream cheese, tomato slices, arugula, basil leaves, and avocado slices, . . . on bagels. Yumm! Also made a smoked salmon Eggs Benedict. But, . . . , we probably prefer YOUR dry smoked local King Salmon best. Hard Choice, All YUMM!
