Fresh Cold Smoked Salmon Chunk Lox

For those who prefer to slice it themselves! This lox is the same as our sliced lox, without the slices! You cannot imagine how moist and tender this lox is until you've tried it.

the best salmon there is

The cold smoke chunk salmon and the hot alder smoked are better than any other salmon from anywhere else. They goofed up my order, but they made it right when I called them without any fuss. Satisfaction every time!

Best lox ever

The lox was perfect. Everyone who tasted it raved. I've ordered it before for special occasions and will do so again.

A Prized Gift!

I fixed all the trimmings and took your cold smoked salmon to the hospital where my daughter and son-in-law were welcoming my new granddaughter. She was in heaven eating one of her favorite foods instead of hospital food! (The nurses were a tad jealous!)
