United States United StatesI let a year go by since I ordered nearly every year since 2009. I would order more but funds don't keep up with the price increases. I will say if I lived nearby I would be in the store way too much. Right now I'm very much enjoying the smoke salmon and want to thank all of you back at Pure Food.
United StatesI had candied salmon several years ago while visiting Seattle. When I saw that it was available on the website I immediately ordered it. This salmon is to die for!!!!! Just as I remember it. Highly recommend it. Wish I lived in Seattle to have this more often.
United StatesBecause I live in Alaska, I fish every summer and fill part of my freezer with my favorite tasting salmon, the Alaskan Sockeye. Also, I smoke several Sockeye fillets each summer to enjoy all year long. I like tasting smoked salmon made by others so to compare them to mine but I have never found smoked candied salmon to purchased until I found Pure Food. I had to buy some and sure enough, it didn’t disappoint. Loved the texture and candied taste. Great as a snack or adding the fish to a salad. Also, it’s great for gifting to others that love smoked salmon. Awesome job Pure Food!
